A Little About Me
I grew up in Lee's Summit, Mo and moved to Hamilton, Mo in 1999 to raise our three children in a smaller community. I had to change the way I held the steering wheel of my vehicle so I would be able to wave at everyone I passed. I liked how when you came across someone on the street, you always said hello. While living in this small town, I discovered that I am an artist, a good runner, and like to help people. Our youngest daughter recently started college at MWSU, so my husband and I decided to start a new adventure and move to St. Joseph. Really, I promise, our plan wasn't to follow our daughter around, I know we have to let her go!
I met Lorrie Ramseier when she was our Real Estate agent to sell our house in Hamilton and help us find our way home in St. Joe. I was thrilled when it only took 4 days of our house being on the market before we had an offer! I was so impressed by Lorrie's work ethic and the relationship we had built through this experience. I knew we would remain friends beyond settling into our new home. Lorrie must have seen something in me as well because at the time I was going to be looking for employment in St. Joe, Lorrie was in need of assistance in her office. Ironic how things work out in our lives, as I feel like it was meant to be.
I had been employed by The Hamilton Bank the last 10 years as an Asset Administrator taking care of four loan officers, which I enjoyed. I intend to bring those skills here to help take care of our clients and be an asset to what goes on behind the scenes of Real Estate for our team.
